Phnom Penh Cambodia.
Phnom Penh is the capital city and largest city in the Kingdom of Cambodia, with approximately 3.6 million inhabitants – in 2017 according to official census and lies at the confluence of the Mekong and the Tonlé Sap.
The city was an important trading center during the Khmer Empire, the French colonial era and continues to evolve every year.
The waterfront is lined with parks, restaurants and bars.
In the heart of the city are the large central Art Deco-style Central Market and the Russian Market.
After Phnom Penh there are many possibilities.
If you arrive by plane from abroad and inland – Sihanoukville and Siem Reap – you will land at Phnom Penh International Airport.
From there you can continue by taxi, tuk tuk or minibus.

Stay overnight in Phnom Penh
There is plenty of accommodation in the city for every budget. From simple backpacker accommodation to luxury hotels, every budget is catered for. You should be aware that the hotel standard is not always comparable to Thailand or Europe. If you want a good hotel, look for a 4 star hotel or better.
With a large selection of accommodation, I think it is better to look for suitable accommodation right on the PP hotel side.
